We stellen enkele huisregels op en hopen dat iedereen zorg draagt voor hetgeen er ter beschikking is.

We benadrukken wel dat er NIET GEROOKT mag worden (niet binnen en ook niet buiten op het terras)!

De wifi code kan je via ons verkrijgen of terugvinden op de afstandsbediening van de TV.

De sleutelcode (sleutelkastje/safe hangt aan de voordeur) krijg je bij de boeking van het appartement (zwart klepje naar beneden en code ingeven).

Let zeker op dat jullie steeds deze sleutel bij hebben want de voordeur waait vanzelf dicht!

De huurder dient het appartement te bewonen als een goede huisvader.

Huisdieren (kleine) zijn enkel toegelaten na toestemming van de verhuurder. Ze zijn niet toegelaten in de bedden en in de zetels.

Er mogen max. 4 personen overnachten in het appartement.

Er liggen 4 bandjes in de schaal van de keuken ter beschikking die je moet aandoen als je naar het zwembad gaat (hier is geregeld controle op, dus zeker aandoen). Opgelet bij verlies dienen wij hiervoor 50 euro/bandje aan te rekenen!

Het is verboden feestjes of fuiven te organiseren in het appartement.

Het is niet toegelaten om fietsen, go-carts en andere rijwielen in het appartement te plaatsen.

Er staan 2 fietsen ter beschikking in de garage onder het gebouw (plaats 8022 staat op de muur geschilderd). De sleuteltjes hiervan hangen in het sleutelkastje binnen, alsook de afstandbediening van de garage (auto mag binnen of buiten gezet worden) – bij verlies van de afstandsbediening zal hiervoor 50 euro worden aangerekend.

 

Indien u op enige wijze schade aan meubilair of inrichting veroorzaakt, verzoeken wij u dit te melden voor vertrek aan de verhuurder. Kosten hiervan zullen in samenspraak worden bepaald en verrekend.

Gelieve ook de nachtrust van de andere bewoners vanaf 22:00u te respecteren. 

Met uw afval kan u terecht in de containers op de parking buiten. Gelieve voor het milieu te sorteren in de desbetreffende vuilbakken.

Bij vertrek

-        Zet alles proper terug op zijn plaats.

-       Gebruikte gehuurde handdoeken op de grond in de ensuite badkamer.

-       Gebruikte gehuurde lakens op de grond in de ensuite badkamer.

-       U hoeft het appartement niet te poetsen, doch u wordt wel geacht het proper achter te laten. Dit houdt onder meer in dat de afwas gedaan is, de vaatwas leeg is, geen koffiefilter meer in koffiezet zit, dat de vuilnisemmers geleegd zijn en dat er geen afval meer aanwezig is in het appartement.

-       Zet bij het verlaten zeker de airco af (elektriciteit is in Spanje nog duurder dan bij ons).

-       Sluit alle ramen/schuiframen.

-       Sleutel terug in het sleutelkastje/safe buiten aan de voordeur steken.

-       Fietssleutels en afstandsbediening garage terug in sleutelkastje binnen hangen.

-       Kussens van de lounge op het terras moeten binnen gelegd worden naast de zetel.

Indien er geen schade is en de property manager dit bevestigd, wordt de waarborg binnen de 10 dagen na het verblijf teruggestort.

-       In de kast onder de TV ligt een kaart van de streek (handig om een beetje de afstand in te schatten)

-       Boodschappen kun je op het domein zelf doen in de Spar (deze is geopend van 09:00u tot 21:00u). Hier kan je iedere dag vers brood en koffiekoeken verkrijgen.

-       Supercash Solano – richting Torre Pacheco

-       Andere supermarkten in de buurt: Mercadona / Dos Mares / Carrefour 

-       Er zijn geen strandlakens ter beschikking. Indien je deze niet mee hebt genomen dan kun je er altijd kopen in een Decathlon in de buurt.

     We set some house rules and hope that everyone will take care of what is available. 

    We do emphasize that NO SMOKING is allowed (neither inside nor outside on the terrace)!

    The wifi code can be obtained from us or found on the TV remote control.

    The key code (key box / safe hanging on the front door) you get when booking the apartment (black cover down and enter the code).

    Make sure you always have this key with you because the front door blows shut by itself!

    The tenant must occupy the apartment like a good family man.

    Pets (small ones) are allowed only with the landlord's permission. They are not allowed in the beds and seats.

    A maximum of 4 people are allowed to stay overnight in the apartment.

    There are 4 straps available in the bowl of the kitchen that you have to put on when you go to the swimming pool (this is regularly checked, so be sure to put them on). Please note that if you lose them you will be charged 50 euros/band!

    It is forbidden to organize parties in the apartment.

    It is not allowed to put bicycles, go-carts and other bicycles in the apartment.

    There are 2 bicycles available in the garage under the building (place 8022 is painted on the wall). The keys of these are in the key box inside, as well as the remote control of the garage (car may be put inside or outside) - if the remote control is lost, you will be charged 50 euros for this.

    If you cause damage to furniture or fixtures in any way, please notify the landlord before departure. Costs of this will be determined and settled by mutual agreement.

    Please also respect the sleep of the other residents from 22:00h onwards.

    Please dispose of your garbage in the containers on the outside parking lot. For the sake of the environment, please sort your garbage in the appropriate bins.

    On departure

    - Put everything clean back in its place.

    - Used rented towels on the floor in the ensuite bathroom.

    - Used rented sheets on the floor in the ensuite bathroom.

    - You do not have to clean the apartment, but you are expected to leave it clean. This includes that the dishes are done, the dishwasher is empty, there is no more coffee filter in coffee maker, the garbage bins are emptied and there is no more garbage in the apartment.

    - When leaving, be sure to turn off the air conditioning (electricity is even more expensive in Spain than in our country).

    - Close all windows/sliding windows.

    - Put key back in key box/safe outside at front door.

    - Put bike keys and garage remote control back in key box inside.

    - Cushions from the lounge on the terrace should be placed inside next to the seat.

    If there is no damage and confirmed by the property manager, the deposit will be refunded within 10 days of the stay.

    - In the cabinet under the TV is a map of the region (useful to estimate the distance)

    - You can do your shopping on the estate itself in the Spar (open from 09:00 to 21:00). Here you can get fresh bread and coffee cakes every day.

    - Supercash Solano - direction Torre Pacheco

    - Other supermarkets nearby: Mercadona / Dos Mares / Carrefour

    - There are no beach towels available. If you did not bring them with you you can always buy some in a Decathlon nearby.
